So easy!! The hardest part is planning ahead as these succulent breasts need to marinade in the ranch dressing for at least 4 hours.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- seasoning salt
- fresh ground pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 bottle of ranch dressing
Directions:
First off pound the daylights out of your chicken!! We want them uniformly half-inch thick or so.
Then sprinkle the seasoning salt, fresh cracked black pepper and garlic powder on your chicken, both sides and rub in. EASY on the seasoning salt you don’t want them too salty!
Now put them in a gallon size plastic bag and pour the ranch dressing into the bag. I squeeze it all up to make sure all surfaces are covered with the marinade. 🙂
Put this in the fridge and let marinade for at least 4 hours.
Once you are ready to cook them, fire up your barbecue medium hot heat and cook 6-7 minutes both sides. Do not move them around you will get really nice grill marks if you just flip them once. Cheers!
